Turner's Archery team has competed in a multiple tournaments. The team has shown a huge improvement with each tournament. Last week's tournament, our team placed in 2nd place for the elementary division. Over half of our team scored their personal best record! I am super proud of these students!

Kindergarten has been learning about community helpers! Today, they had a visit from some local community helpers with the Semmes Fire Department. They learned about the job of a fireman, tools on the fire truck,how they use the tools , and what to do in case of a fire. Fun morning of learning in kindergarten!

Kindergarten had an apple juice making demonstration this morning! They learned how apple juice is made and got to taste some freshly made apple juice. They also listened to a story about Johnny Appleseed! Some students said “this is the best apple juice ever!” 🍏🍎❤️

Friday was a great day to be a Stallion and a future Viking! Yesterday was National Hug and High Five Day and National Day of Encouragement . Our peer helpers got to school extra early and wrote encouraging messages on all of our sidewalks. The MGM baseball team came to give high-fives to all of our students and wish them a happy Friday.
