MCPSS is partnering with Feeding the Gulf Coast to provide a box of non-perishable food to our students in need as a result of the SNAP delay. Parents and guardians of MCPSS students who are experiencing a food crisis in their household may request a one-time box of non-perishable food by completing this form by Wednesday, November 5, at noon: https://forms.office.com/r/kx5kxCBaKg

Our Thanksgiving Lunch will be on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
Head Start 10:00
2nd Grade 10:15
3rd Grade 10:30
5th Grade 10:45

Visitor Lunches will be $6.00/adult and $5.oo/child.
Prepay Only
Reservations are required.
Order Forms will be sent home on Wednesday, November 12, and must be returned by Friday, November 14.

All other grades will have Christmas Lunch in December.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Our amazing Student Ambassadors and Safety Patrol members just completed their first service project of the year and what a success it was! The students at Florence Howard raised $615 for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Today, we had the honor of presenting the check to Caroline Smith from USA Health, who shared how much this donation means in helping support those fighting breast cancer right here in our community.
I couldn't be prouder of our students for leading with kindness, teamwork, and purpose.
