Bio
Mrs. Partsch was born and raised in Mobile. She attended the University of South Alabama where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with certification in Reading in grades K-12 in 2001. She received Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education in 2010. This is her 17th year in education. She has worked with kindergarten through fifth grades. She is married and has two children, Mary Potter (18) and Will (13). She loves to spend time with her family, watching college football, fishing and boating. She was named E.R. Dickson Teacher of the Year 2015-2016 and Mobile Literacy Council Reading Teacher of the Year 2010. She is a huge advocate for promoting literacy in her community and serves as the Co-Vice President of the Metro-Mobile Literacy Council. She has served on several Mobile County Public School Systems English Language Arts Curriculum Writing Committees and Reading Textbook Selection Committees. At E.R. Dickson, she is the co-facilitator of the English Language Arts Professional Learning Team, facilitates all New Teacher Professional Learning, and sponsors Project Outreach.
