Dear Parents and Teachers,
On behalf of your PTA Board and Executive Committee, welcome to a new year at E. R. Dickson! For those of you who are new to the E. R. Dickson family, great things are in store for you and your child. Our school has a strong history of parent involovement and we encourage you to be part or our team. We urge each of you to take action and become a part of something that works - PTA!
At the heart of every successful PTA are active dedicated parents like you! In the past we have made great accomplishments including a playground, providing a tiger reader for every classroom, building a covered walkway from the cafeteria to the gym, purchasing computer software and DVD players for classroom instruction, building outdoor classrooms, a butterfly garden and much more. We have an amazing opportunity to continue this successful tradition, but we need your help. If you have not done so, please complete the E. R. Dickson Talent Search survey. We appreciate any amount of time you are able to contribute.
We are looking forward to a wonderful year! Together with our dedicated faculty and staff, we have the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of children in our school.
